Our shipments in mainland Spain take 24 hours to arrive. In the EU, they usually take 2 days. Outside of Europe, it takes between 3 and 5 days. Our courier companies are DHL, Fedex and UPS. We always try to hire the fastest service. Read more about our Shipping policy right here.

Regarding returns, you have 30 days to request a return from the delivery date. Dresses made to order (due to unavailability of stock or special measurements, for example) are not elligible for returns. Read more about our Returns policy right here.
