Conditions and deadlines for returns
If you're returning the product because something was wrong with the order or its in bad conditions, please let us know by sending us an email to email@example.com. We'll try to solve your problem as soon as possible.
If you made your purchase from Spain, you will be able to return your order within 30 days to do so, from your purchase date. You can return any item as long as you haven't worn it, it has all its labels and it is in its original package.
In case of customised or made to order garments, returns are not allowed, except if there was an error with the order. Anyhow, we'll do our best to make sure that what you receive is exactly what you expected.
If you made your purchase from abroad, the requirements for a return (deadlines and condition of the goods) are the same, however, a fee will be applied for the handling of the return.
If you're interested in a change of size, we'll happily oblige as long as there is stock available.
How to do it?
- Let us know via email and we'll send you by email the stickers you'll need to return your items.
- Wrap the item in its original package and print the stickers we've sent you.
- Contact us and we'll let you know how to proceed.
Within 30 days we'll let you know the status of your return. You'll be refunded via the same payment method that you used at the purchase.
