Privacy

Why a Privacy Policy?

Because in order to provide our service, we need to store and process some data. They are necessary to facilitate the purchase and shipment of the items available on the page. Holding this data comes with a great responsibility. First, we have to declare the existence of those records to the Data Protection Agency in Spain and fulfill the regulations associated with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679, the LOPD and the LSSI-CE. We have created this Privacy Policy so you can know in depth what happens to your data.

Which information do we ask and what do we use it for

We collect two types of information. The first is data we request either at the time of purchase, or when you create an account. The second is data acquired by observing the system: watching the pages our users ask, checking cookies, looking at the geographical origin of visits, etc.

When you decide to sign up, we show you a form whereyour an email and a username are asked. Your email allows us to contact you.

When you place an order, we ask the data that are necessary for your shopping experience: a size, a shipping address and a billing address.

We treat this information confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of providing the service you requested, with the full legal guarantees granted by the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, the 15/1999 Personal Data Protection Law (Dec. 13th), and the 34/2002 (Jul. 11th), Law for Information Society Services and eCommerce. Your personal data are absolutely confidential.

We undertake not to disclose or transmit any personal information about you to other companies, partners, suppliers third parties without your express approval. Only us and the companies we might hire specifically, to which we demand strict compliance with the rules of data protection, may access this information.

We take the security levels required by the 15/1999 Personal Data Protection Law and its implemented regulations. However, we assume no liability for damages caused by third parties that may provoke changes in computer systems, electronic documents or files.

What other information do we collect and how do we use it?

We use information to improve the service and the performance of our website. For example, when you visit us, we can see which page you are requesting, the hour, the day, your browser's version and your location (although very inaccurately).

This information helps us gather data necessary to market and improve our service. For example, if we see that you're in Spain, we will show our Spanish version of the site. But if someone comes from abroad, we will switch to the English version.

We use cookies. There are two kinds of cookies and we use both. The first kind of cookie (called persistent) is a very small text file (it has a few lines) that is saved on your computer. It allows us to store some data about you: your username and the language you have requested. Nothing else. You can delete this cookie anytime via the options of your browser (see your browser's help). The second type of cookie (the session) is used to save an anonymous session identifier that allows us to know that you've logged. There is hence no personal information and all this information is cleared every time you start a new session with your browser or whenever you turn off your computer.
