L'HIVER COLLECTION, because strength is beauty
Immersed in the middle of a whirlwind back to routine, with new challenges ahead and new goals to achieve after an intense summer, we want to talk about our L'Hiver collection for this Fall / Winter 18-19 season.
This collection is one of the most special we have done so far as we take a turn to our own vision of a sophisticated and elegant woman who seeks beauty in delicacy and fragility, as she did in Ready To Shine Spring/Summer 18 collection, to explore her strongest and most ambitious side.
We moved to the eighties remembering the time when a Grace Jones, brave and eager to conquer Europe, moved to Paris where she shared an apartment with Jerry Hall and Marie Helvin. Wonderful and busy years in which the singer Annie Lennox recorded the video 'Would I lie to you', where she made up to go on stage with a short dress of sequins to give women the manifesto of a new era.
These references are shown in silhouettes that fit the body, with marked waists and broad shoulders as protagonists, without neglecting the sensuality, which is seen in wide openings and vertiginous necklines.
In terms of fabrics, the paillettes, along with herringbone tweed and satin, are clear protagonists of a collection that bases its color palette in neutral colors such as white, black and camel, with touches of color such as orange and turquoise.
We come back to a golden age to take references but always looking to the future, turning our inspiration into the woman of the eighties into a current proposal. L'Hiver is a collection for powerful women, for those who lead the real world. The heels are high, but also their ambitions and aspirations. Strength is beauty.
